A little about me-- I am a devoted wife, stay-at-home mom, and small business owner. I grew up in a historically black college town just outside the River City and still hold onto many old-school values such as integrity, accountability, diligence, perseverance, and discipline. My faith in God, family, and entrepreneurial mission come first. I strive to live intentionally, stay grounded, and work towards achieving my dreams while making a positive impact.
I specialize in fix-and-flip deals, from discounted furniture to houses. Although I enjoy bringing rugged furniture back to life, my main focus is on real estate investment. I use creative investment methods that provide immediate relief to homeowners and help sellers find actionable property solutions, while bridging the gap for buyers seeking acquisition deals. I have developed proven systems and investment strategies that enable me to achieve success in my deals.
Many investors, including myself, began their careers with a method called "wholesaling." Real estate wholesaling is an investment strategy in which a wholesaler obtains a contract on a property with its seller, and in turn sells the contract at a markup to an end buyer. If you’re interested in becoming a real estate investor but are worried you don’t have enough capital, wholesaling real estate may be a good option for you. Learn more
If for some reason you're unable to view a property yourself, "Boots on the ground" (BOTG) is a real estate term for people/services that will view and take pics, preferably video, of the property on your behalf. BOTG can be anyone you trust, from hiring services like WeGoLook to a JV partner, family, or friend. Subscribe to my YouTube Channel for more videos like these.
